The brand was not launched with pomp and show thought initially they had planned to. We had decided a good launch for the brand but then we dropped the idea and instead went about it in a simple way. Initially, we surveyed the market and we learnt the situation before we plunged into it. Our first and foremost step was door to door marketing. We sent our marketing people to various organizations explaining our product. We even distributed sample products to various organizations.
